Established in the heart of Connemara the Practice was set up by Frank O Reilly Chartered Engineer & Building Surveyor in 2006. A quality design that will stand the test of time and a Low Energy Build has always been the goal of the practice.

With the current difficulties in obtaining planning in rural and urban areas and with the planning regulations getting tougher each year we are very proud to have a very high success rate in obtaining planning permissions.
The practice is a registered Passive house design practice and we specialize in Low Energy builds. We offer a full Structural detailing services as well with our in house Structural Engineers.
We have a a strong team with a wide background of experience in education, health, commercial and domestic work.
